It depends on why you can't delete it. Since you've given zero information
about your system or the issue, the only thing I can suggest is that you
either take ownership of the file and/or start in Safe Mode. If you want
actual focused help -
What prompt are you getting? If you are an adminstrator just confirm the
delete. If you are a standard user you may need the administrator
credentials.
Until you discover the cause of your problem, try opening your Folder and
delete the files then delete the empty Folder. This may seem to be a sloppy
way to get it done but I've had to do just that when I was pressed for time.
I am the administrator on my computer, but sometimes I have trouble getting
"Permission" to delete a Folder when I'm working with Folders and files from
an external HD that were created on my other computers.
