Win XP Pro was set up to have 5 users & 1 Admin user.
Installing games using Admin logon only allows Admin to
play the s/w game. Other users, using their login, does
not allow them to play the s/w game, which require that
the cd be in the cd drive. How can the Admin allow non-
admin users to play s/w games, as well as to allow s/w
installation which will only apply to their login session?

This is a failing in the software you have installed.
It is not compliant with the Windows specifications
for correct apps.
Often you only need to grant the Users group Modify
on the folder with the application installed, sometimes
also you need to grant Users ability to change the apps
registry entries, and sometimes more is required.
To allow users to install software for themselves only,
the software must be Windows certification compliant
so that it will support a per-user install.
