Performance Options in Registry

Can anyone tell me where or if the "Adjust for best performance" option is
accessable in the registry? I have searched but didn't have any success.

Is there a reason you want to do this in the registry instead of using
the System applet in Control Panel? System>Advanced>Settings.

I have alot of different users logging in on the same computer and I want to
enable this in a group policy from my server.

I think then that you're better off just making a mandatory profile.
