Performance Analyzer Recommendation

I ran the Performance Analyzer on my new Access 2007 database on WinXP. One
of the suggestions is:
Table 'MSysObjects': Add an index to field(s) 'Type'

I selected the suggestion and chose Analyze but when I ran it again the same
thing showed up.
What exactly is this telling me to do?

As this table is an Access system object, you should ignore that hint
and make no changes to it.
