Hi,
I need to log total running processes, Memory and CPU usege but I cant seen
to find the coutner that will show the running processes. If I look at task
manager I se 63 processes, but I cant find any counter that will refect this
number.
Any one knows the right counter to use?

I believe what you may be looking for is Process Monitor. A free download
can be found, along with some other fine utilities, on this page:
