Percentage formulas now post

I have 4 columns with the following
Column Totals
d38 52,301,407,62
e38 971,978.64
f38 4050.00
g38 734,810.51
h38 247,068.13

I have entered the following formulas in row 39 with a % format
e38/d38
f38/e38
g38/(e38-f38)
h38/(e38-f38)

The 4 columns add up to 103.74% the should equal 100%.

How can I fix this?

What makes you think the columns should add up to 100%?
The only mathmatical way you can make the figures calculate to 100% is to
change the numbers you start with or if you want to show and incorrect
calculation you could format the cell to round down to 100% ! But why!
