I know my mailbox is not full, it's a brand new computer and i mayb
have 10 messages. People sending me email get the message yet
don't get any such message on my end. Where can I go to see if I'
actually out of space and/or increase the space? Help anyone
That message has nothing to do with Outlook. You have severa
mailboxes, one is on your mail provider's computer and one is manage
by Outlook on your computer
Normally when you make a connection and "send/receive" email, you
computer connects to the mail server and downloads a copy of your ne
mail. Normally, your computer then tells the mail server that it i
okay to delete the messages from the server
It's possible that your new computer is set so that it does not delet
the messages from the server. So your mail box is full and causes th
bounce messages when other people write to you
On Outlook 2000, here's what I suggest
- Click Tools, Accounts
- Under the Mail tab, click the account you're checking (there migh
