Pentium v. Celeron or Athlon v. Sempron?

I've never seen a direct head-to-head of Pentium v. Celeron or Athlon
v. Sempron. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough. Simply stated, when
they have the same speed and FSB numbers, what, exactly, is left out
to make them cheaper?

Semprons and celerons also have less cache. Which is a big part of
performance. There are some other differences, that I'm too lazy to
look up, too.
