Peer to Peer Network Problem

We use a Windows Workgroup to share files, etc. Most PC's
are WinXP. However, we have some Win2k machines also.
The WinXP machines can't see the Win2k machines in the
Workgroup.

But when I do a search against the specific Win2k
machine's NetBIOS name, the machine is found.

How can I get the workgroup to show all the members
regardless of OS, without having to search?

Just in case no one else offers any ideas:

I *think* that one of the workstations needs to be set as the master
browser, but how you do that, and if that's the real answer, you got me.

Greetings --

On the WinXP PC, create local user account(s), with password(s),
that have the desired access privileges to the desired shares. Log on
to the other PCs using those account(s), and you will be able to
access the designated shares, provided your network is configured
properly.

Usually, WinXP's Networking Wizard makes it simple and painless --
almost entirely automatic, in fact. There's a lot of useful,
easy-to-follow information in WinXP's Help & Support files, and here:
