Peachtree conflicts with hot fixes

Peachtree SW has a conflict with hotfixes Q810577 and Q811493 which causes the sw to "hang" when attempting to close. At this point Peachtree has not developed a fix. Does anyone know what these hotfixes do and what will happen if I remove them?
 
Have you searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base site for these hotfixes? The
answer will be there.
