I use the printer driver from www.pdf995.com.

From your post I understood that you are looking for an
addin that will give an option within Word to create the
PDF. If so, please disregard my suggestion.

PrimoPDF is a very nice tool that is free for home use, we've used it in
about 70 locations and have found no problems with it.

of PDFs from doc files through the print interface.
