pdf question - page numbering thumbnails

Im not sure if I'm in the right area but I am making pdf files of a catalog.
I have page numbers on my catalog pages but the thumbnails are numbered
different....I need them to coincide with my page numbers. Does anyone know
how to manipulate this?

The best place to ask this would be in a forum or to tech support for
the program with which you creating the .pdf files. This isn't an
operating system question. If you are creating the .pdf files with a
Microsoft application, I'm sure there is a newsgroup for it. Here is a
list of all the MS newsgroups:
