PDF files calling XP Pic viewer

XP SP1 Pro.

When clicking on a PDF file it brings up the XP Pic Viewer.

File extensions show the a PDF file it linked to Acrobat..

Yes a fresh install of Acrobat 6 installed, but before that it would link to
Photoshop Elements 2..

If you right click on a PDF file, you do have the option to open with Acrobat
and that does work..



Any clues on how to fix this..?

Hi Roger,

Go to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types/PDF/Advanced. Open
with will be listed as a default (whatever is listed). To change, click
Edit and modify the lines that reads: Action and Application used......

The Path is fully linked to Acrobat, but still end up with the XP Pic Viewer..
