PDF File?

Does anyone know if/how you can save a word document to a
PDF file? - so I can share my document with users that
have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

There is no option in Word to save to PDF. It requires third party
software - there are several options linked from the favourites page of my
web site.
