Tomahawk PDF+ is an interesting, no-install (unzip and go) freeware
version. Used to support .ini file for settings but now adds a registry
entry for settings.

computer. Tomahawk can also be used as an advanced editor for rtf, txt,
tmd (our own format) and other file formats.
We have been informed that PC World (Spain) is going to include Tomahawk
PDF+ on their distribution CD in the near future!
Although we do not track download statistics, we know that Tomahawk PDF+
is now being used in at least 16 countries by the e-mail we have
received from users. As of Wednesday April 27th, 2005, 11 colleges in
Australia, France, Germany, Great Britain, The Netherlands, South
Africa, and the United States have been granted a "Nonprofit Site
License" to use Tomahawk PDF+ for educational purposes. It's primary
design was for creating pdf files, but one creative user has built an
entire web site with pages designed in Tomahawk.
