I have some scanned pdf documents that I want to combine into one pdf. Can anyone recommend a small application to do this?

Pdftk - the PDF Toolkit, a command-line program, works great.

PDFEdit from the PDF995 people does this. I expect you need to be using
PDF995 tho, which is essetially adware. But good, none the less.

I use these tools quite often and there are a couple of graphical front ends
that simplify its use.
