pdf cannot be seen from outlook

I am having problem opening certain pdf files from
outlook. The error message is "can't create file:fax.pdf.
Right click the folder you want to creat the file in, and
then Properties on the short cut menu to check your
permissions for the folder". This is annoying as I will
have to open my owa to be able to view them.

just like to be rid of inconvenience.
 
Have you cleared your Temporary Internet Fies already?

Can you open the attachment after you saved it to your Desktop?

I have cleared Temp Internet Files as well as repaired both Acrobat and Outlook. Not working at all. Strange thing is it is inconsistent.
 
Are you using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader? In case of the last
make sure you are running at least version 6
