PDF and embedded QT files won't load

When trying to load PDF and embedded QT files I get the
following message:

This page provides potentially unsafe information to
AcitveX control. Your current security settings prohibit
running controls in this manner. As a result, this page
may not display correctly.

Changing the security setting does not help. The same
pages will load on another computer with a separate
install of IE6.

I installed the latest IE service pack thinking it might
help. During the install there were 2 error messages
which said there was an error setting up the following 2
files:

C:\WINNT\System32\asctrl.ocx\

C\WINNT\System32\dxtrans.dll

I don't know if this is related, but maybe this will give
someone enough info to help me out.

Had the same problem. ActivX might not be loaded /
installed well. Check link below and follow steps:
