DocReader is a standalone application, no install, no changes in the
registry, that can read and save Palm Doc-formatted files.
Zipped is only 256 KB.

MakeDocW will convert text and HTML files to Palm DOC format (.prc). You
could use Word or Open Office to store the Word DOC file as an HTML file,
then use MakeDocW.
