pctsTray.exe fail to start because sdinfo.sdp not found

When I start my computer I get the message that pctsTray.exe failed to start
because sdinfo.sdp was not found. What is this and how do I repair it?

Uninstall/reinstall Spyware Doctor (if you want to keep it).

Nancy,
This is a component of SpywareDoctor so perhaps the answer is to
go to 'Control Panel' > 'Add / Remove Programs' and find the 'SpywareDoctor'
listing and click on the 'Change/Remove' button and see if there is a
'Repair' option available. Hope this is of some use to you.
