I have been running Nortons it says I have a virus "silly p2p" when trying to remove it with nortons it says access denied. So, thinking it maybe a file I try to search it on start up it can't find it. I try to restore pc it can't is there a way to remove this? Nortons on the phone says they are aware of it and have been looking into it for the past 2 weeks.

Click on run and type regedit and check there to see if this file is in the registry. If it is delete it. Be careful not to delete anything else!

"Access denied" message can appear if the file is "in use" or active. Try
starting the computer in Safe Mode. Give Norton's a try at cleaning it
there.
