Alright, I'm no expert but, here goes.

#1. I removed the CPU fan to clean it. (yes everything was unplugged. )

#2. I re-installed the fan, plugged everything and the damn thing turns off
by itself.

#3. I un installed all the cards (graphic, sound etc...) And put them back
one by one.

#4. After removing all components, it doesn't crash anymore, but it now
stops booting when it gets to Windows.

#5. Tried and re-installed windows. It doesn't work. The install process
crashes.

#6. Got a new case.

#7. Won't boot to windows...

You broke something or put something back wrong when you did your work.
You have hardware failure and reinstalling Windows (a software
solution) will be useless.

Take the machine apart again and carefully examine all the components.
Put them back in only one at a time and test each item one at a time.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

I'll have a look at each piece tonight, But I've done this many times before,
and this is the first time this happens. I'll Keep you posted. Thanks for the
advice. :)

There is no way for me to know your skill level, is there? Besides, even
the best of us can break stuff occasionally. Or perhaps some hardware
was on its way out and it finally died.
