pc won't boot "winsrv was not found" after UN-installation of sp2

Un-installed SP2 and now pc won't boot. Getting error " c0000135 winsrv not
found". Tried safe mode got same error. It's a Dell Dimension. XP Home.
 
I've already looked this over and #1 my pc won't boot and #2 i've already
successfully uninstalled sp2. my problem happened after the uninstall. are
you saying i should try to uninstall it manually through the recovery console?
 
Than you have to reinstall the windows xp
