pc will be hang in every 2 or 3 minutes

hi,
i have problem that my pc hang in less time interval, when closed any
window then cut it down wallpaper. and icons and taskbar will be hide
only windows are present and i not check box for automatic hode the
taskbar why this problem are coming. and when i want click any icon
then icon will be hide. and the pc will be very slow processing, the
window will be not open the double click, this take several minute for
the open window, and when booting the pc then rundll or db title bar
small window r open generally. please advice or help me for improving
my pc performance.
