Hi

I know you can get a TV card for your PC.

But is it posable to go the other way.

Is there some sort of converter that will alow me to veiw my laptop screen
from my TV?

Ian

Most laptops have a 'Video Out' port, look for an RCA socket that has a
yellow coloured centre shield. It is generally an NTSC signal [american
standard as opposed to PAL or other international standard].

For clarification, look to the user manual for instructions on how to
connect the TV and also how to managed the 'output' from within Windows.

If it doesn't have this facility, then you may need to use the standard
Monitor socket at the rear of the laptop and find a converter box that will
change the signal to a 'composite' video signal.

Hi

What sort of converter is this?

What is it called?

Some TV cards will have TV-out ability. But be aware, the resolution of a TV
is very poor compared to a PC monitor and generally the quality of the image
that will display is practically useless.

YMMV
