Since installing XP SP2; when I log onto the Internet or start up a game,
occasionally my monitor displays a "No Signal" message and then automatically
restarts. I have unchecked the Automatic Restart box in System Properties,
but then I get a blue screen and error message "STOP 0x0000000A (0xODE3E8CE,
0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x804E1A0S) instead of it restarting. Can anyone
offer a solution to this very annoying problem?

possible HDD corruption, run CHKDSK /R from recovery
console,

possible issue with the display adapter,

completely uninstall the display adapter
and install the latest Drivers from manufacturer.

the NO signal error is the monitor telling you that it is
not recieving a signal from the video card.

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "0A: IRQL Not
Less/Equal" link at the top of the left side column.

Good luck
