PC-LCD monitores

Hello,
I am looking for some information about spesifications for PC-LCD monitores.

I have one recorder unit that have VGA-Output connector for PC monitor. The
output is a video signal.

I have been told that the PC-LCD monitor needs to be compatible with 50Hz
signal, but how is this possible to know?
What shal I look for when reading the specifications for different PC-LCD
monitores?

I hope someone have a hint

You would have to check the individual monitor specs. I have a MicroTek
18 inch and the vertical frequency is 56.3~75.02 Hz. But I have seen
some that do go down to 50 Hz.
