PC hangs or crashes whne playing games

whenever i try to play a game (any game), the system crashes

Get the following mesages in the event log
EVENT_SERVICE_START_FAILE
"The %1 service terminated with the following error: %2

PAR_CANT_FIND_PORT_DRIVER
Message: Unable to get device object pointer for port object
 
Try opening event viewer,see whats taking or took place.Is youre displa
adapter drivers/software up to date,is direct x current,its now at 9.0b
