PC frozen for a while after connecting to the internet.

Lately, I found out that my PC will be frozen for a while right after I connect to the Internet by DSL. After 5 minutes, my PC becomes workable. All the windows I clicked during the freezing period will start to show up. I check the system log in event viewer, it shows few errors, "WrKPoET2000 can not be started" from Service Control Manager
Please help!

Try talking to your ISP about it.
