PC freezes on some websites after 832894 patch install

I recently installed the Cumulative Security Update for IE6 SP1 (832894) patch on my Windows 98SE computer. Now there are certain websites I cannot visit without having to reboot because no matter what commands I click or keyboard--I can't even scroll--the screen just blinks and comes back to the same screen. And I'm finding new websites with the same problem every day. As I recall, there's no uninstall for this Update. I tried IE Repair, to no avail. What can I do?
