PC Eye 2000. monitoring but i cannot access

this program has been running (monitoring) but I cannot access.I get a"
runtime error or with block variable not set "message.I tried to remove it at
add/remove in control panel but it will not remove while running. I dont
really want to remove it if I can access it,can anyone help.

Contact PC Eye for tech support of their program or speak to the person
who put it on your computer.

explored all tech support avenues but the best I could get was FAQs which did
not cover my problem.No link got me anywhere..
The program was aready intsalled with computer as part of the package.
I have tried most of the obvious sugesstions but am open to any.

I have never heard of a commercial computer being supplied with
monitoring software preinstalled. Contact whoever sold you the computer
and find out how to remove it.

Otherwise, back up your data and do a clean-install of Windows.
