No idea. It is a short (8+3) file name abbreviation for a program
with a longer name.
Search your hard drive for the file, and when it is found right-click
on the file name and select Properties. That will give you the full
information about it.

It could be Ca Anti-Virus background running processor or it could be
malicious Popuper.exe Viral malware.
