Hi
I turn on my PC but there is nothing on monitor. It is totally black. and
says power safe mode. I could not to go to BIOS or safe mode. Do you know
what wrong with computer? I checked with other monitor it is the same not
monitor issue.
Thank you very much.

If you're getting "power save mode" on the monitor but the PC is on, then it
is not receiving a signal from the video card. Since you tried another
monitor then the monitor itself probably isn't the issue.

- Reseat your video card (open the PC and make sure the video card is
securely plugged into its slot).
- Does the PC make any beeps when you turn it on? If so how many and what
kind of sequence/pattern?
- If your video card is not an add-in card and is integrated into the
motherboard contact your vendor.

If the idea of opening your PC makes you squeamish, take your PC into the
local repair shop.

This does not positively mean the VGA adapter is the problem. This could be
any number of hardware issues. It is hardware though. It could be a bad
voltage lead on your power supply; bad motherboard; bad processor; bad VGA
adapter. You could go out and buy a new VGA card for your system but if it
doesn't work you are stuck with it. The best advice would be to take it into
a computer repair shop. And as Malke says, "Not your average BigStoreUSA".
Good Way of puting it. Good Luck,

P.S. Sorry Bob most times you are correct but I felt he should know it
could be other hardware than just his or her video card.
