PC camera and scanner

I had Windows 98 and now have windows 2000 and my PC camera and my scanner do not work. I tried downloading different drivers and they didn't work. any help would be appreciated. m (e-mail address removed)
 
Had a similar problem when I updated. Try unplugging one
and see what happens. With me it was the first one that
was plugged in would work. ie if I wanted to use my
camera had to unplug the scanner first.
