PC AwaysTurns On by Itself when connected to Phone line ???

Hi,

My PC always turns on by Itself when connected to a
Phone Line. I Shut Down. It Turns back On, unless I Pull
the phone line Out.

Help Please.

Look in BIOS and disable anything that says 'wake' such as 'wake on LAN'. Also
make sure you are not configured for FAX if not using FAX.
