pb audio or video

Hi
i am with windows xp uptodate with last patchs.
i use xp firewall and without it there is no change.
with windows messenger (4.7 or 5)i can have audio conversation but bug with
video conversation
with msn messenger (last 6) i can have video conversation but bug with audio
conversation
have you any idea ?

Can you describe this bug in more detail, in other words, are you connecting but just not
hearing (or seeing anything), or is it just not connecting at all?

it works well during a few seconds, and i hear well and my friend so, and
then an error message is displayed and only my messenger is shooted
i need to launch messenger again.
