Hi Guys,
I am getting flooded with the Paypal account spam mail, sometimes I will get
50 at a time, how do I stop this from happening?

Use rules wizard and/or Junk Mail to block it.

Or change e-mail address, but this is a last restort.

Do I really need to do that Diane? I have only recently changed my address
and they are already onto me. Mailwasher is good but it still requires you
to open it up and input the data necessary to stop the spam.
The internet is really becoming a nuisance, If I could charge for the amount
of man hours that I have spent trying to make my internet activity private,
I would be very rich indeed (instead of just rich) Lol

You could set up rules but a real anti-spam solution is better. Mailwasher
is the favorite of many people.

there are a lot of ready to use filters you can import into mailwasher. Some
of the other options (listed at slipstick.com) include ihatespam and an
addin from cloudmark.com that are more automated AFAIK.
