paypal cant send to me mail,what is problem?

Windows Vista alone doesn't cause email from paypal to be undeliverable to
you. Are you able to get email on the computer in general? Does the email
address that paypal have the correct address? What kind of email address is
it (hotmail, yahoo, POP3, etc)?
