Paypal add in missing

Hi, I added Paypal instant paymentadd in to outlook xp and it sat on one of
the toolbars for ages.It has now disappeared but the add in manager tells me
that it is there, I cannot find it anywhere, can anybody help?

I thought that this was more of a MS Outlook problem than a Paypal one but
what the hec, I'll live with it.
