I am trying to write a ppt presentation (version 2003) to a CD with set
timing (automatically advancing) and narration for each slide. Ideally, I
would like the viewers to be able to click on an action button or shortcut
that would allow them to pause the presentation (without having to right
click). I created a macro for this purpose, but it's not possbile to publish
the presentation to a CD with an embedded macro (I also want to avoid the
usual warning messages associated with macros). Any suggestions? Thank you.

"Publishing" probably means that you are using the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer
that cannot use macros. There's no way around that - that capability is not
built within the Viewer.

If you want to tell Microsoft that you need this feature, use this URL:
