Pause a Macro

I need help with the following:
I dowload data form a server and put this on the clipboard, the Macro1 paste
this data then cleans it up and arrange it the macro works well,

I need is to Pause the macro with a Question like "would you like to import
US now? if yes let me get the data and put it in the clipboard and when this
is done run the macro2 for the US download.

Did I made mi self clear?
