What is a "Traffic Control Interface" and how do I get one?

What version of XP and is SP2 installed?
What kind of Internet connection?
Are you behind a router?
Is there a software Firewall installed or are you using the Windows
Firewall?
Did pathping -T used to function without error?
If so, what changes have been made recently?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

XP Pro with SP2
T-1 Internet connection
Is behind a HW FW
MS FW is disabled
Never tried pathping before
No recent changes

What does the error mean?

Hi

It seems that TCP/IP was corrupt, please follow the steps as below to
rebuild TCP/IP:

Reset TCP/IP:
a. Click Start and then click Run.
b. In the Open box, type cmd , and then click OK.
c. At the command prompt, type netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt , and
then press ENTER. ? If the command is typed incorrectly, an error message
will appear. Type the command again.
If the command is completed successfully, a new command prompt appears.
Type exit , and then press ENTER.
d. Reboot to see the results.

Hope it helps.
