patch for task scheduler

In order for fins a script error, I was informed that I
needed to obtain the hot-fix acticle Q812400 and upcoming
article Q812960. I have tried searching, and cannot
locate these articles. How/where do I find them? Thanks

Type the number in help while on line. There is no longer a Q in the number - so just 812400. Don't post back and say how do I get it (as thousands do). The article tells you.

If you disable HID in Services you won't need the patch. You lose the stupid non PC standard crap keys that aren't part of a keyboard. Like My Documents, Play, Mute, Log Off. As they shouldn't be on a keyboard there's no harm in fixing them.

Not sure where you got info but nothing comes up for

those articles. So you can't get them yet anyway. To look
just go to Help and Support and enter your Q number in
search if it there it will tell you.

HID stands for Human Interface Device which is what you look for in the list. Check the description - it talks about hotleys.
