Pasting from Word to Excel - Urgent

Hi all,

A simple query I hope.

I need to turn 30 pages of address label text in word, into mail merg
cells. If I copy the document and past into excel the fields past
vertically, but is it possible to paste across. I am aware o
delimiters but they only seem to work when there is a space or comma
and there isnt in this example.

I don't know if this works, but once you've copied your address, try
Paste Special > Transpose.

Alternatively, paste the data in so it initially goes in vertically,
then copy it within the Excel document and do the same Paste Special >
Transpose operation.
