Pasting email into hyperlink window

In FrontPage 2003 I'm having trouble using the copy/paste within the hyperlink window. Here's an example

Joe Smit
222 West High St
Anytown, US
Email: (e-mail address removed)

What I want to do is copy the email address, then go into the hyperlink window with Joe Smith and paste his email in. I want his name to be his email link. (Of course I would then go back and delete the complete address). It may seem like a simple thing to just type the address into the window, but not if you've got a hundred to do! Am I just stoopid or am I missing something? Control+c doesn't work either. I can't get "paste" to come up with either a right click or from the tool bar. Even tried from the clipboard.

Told ya I was stupid!! What really bugs me though is that the right click doesn't work. That's what I'd rather use.
