Pasting data in Excel (from PDF files-Acrobat)

I'm trying to paste data from PDF.files (Acrobat) into an Excel spreadsheet. I am currently using the data function: "text to column" in order to organize the data in Excel. This require a lot of work
Does Excel have any other function that I can use? Any suggestions..

If you have the full version of Acrobat (6.0 is the current i think) yo
can select and alter the text in Acrobat and paste into excel rathe
easily...
