Paste Values and Formats Only????

Is there a way to paste the value and formats only from one cell to
another at the same time?

I'm dealing with a fairly large amount of data.

Copy the intended cells. Choose paste special and then paste value and number
format (the last option in the list).

depends. if your talking number formats only and not all formats.
otherwise it would take 2 pastes.
edit>pastespecial>values
and
edit>pastespecial>fomats

or
edit>pastespecial>values and number formats.(not text formats.)
