S Sheeloo Jun 16, 2009 #2 If you want to paste formulas as values then first choose Paste Special -> Values then Paste Special -> Formats If you want to skip the formulas altogether then before copying press F5 and choose Special and then Constants

Then select the cells in Sheet2 and use Paste Special > Values and Number Formats, either by right-clicking or by clicking Edit in Excel 2003. ----- original message -----
