What is the best method to paste a PPT-drawing that includes text
descriptions into a given size drawing canvas? The drawing is larger
then the size of the canvas, and has to be reduced to 30% of its size.
Reducing the size in PPT-2003 does not lead to success.
Direct inserting into a word 2003 document also makes the text boxes
unreadable.

Saving the ppt-slide as .bmp picture and then put it into the canvas.
there cut the white space withe the crop function and enlarge the
picture to the desired size.
This does work, but has the disadvantage that the picture is a bit
fuzzy, even if .bmp is without compression of data, different to .jpg -
files.

Is there an option to have a higher resolution for the .bmp?
