Paste Option does not work

My "Paste" option no longer works. I can use the copy option but when I go to
Paste it anywhere (email, word etc) it will not Paste. The Paste option when
I right click is greyed out. this just started yesterday. I must have click
or done something to turn off this feature?? I checked my "clipboard" but it
has nothing in it after I do copy something. Any ideas?
 
Close Internet Explorer then delete all your cookies and TEMP files. Also run
disk cleanup.
